Hotel l'Ermitage is a typical guest house in the Ardennes. It is situated in a beautiful natural surroundings along a small romantic road which links Houffalize Laroche en Ardenne with a garden overlooking the river Ourthe.

The hotel has a famous restaurant. The Chef prepares excellent fish specialities, mushrooms from the forests, asparagus and game of the season.

There are gourmet weekends as well as options for half board. The hotel has a nice terrace.
